Well, 2020 has been a very unusual year. I think it is safe to say that we are all glad to see the back of it, and we are looking forward to a brighter and healthier 2021.
The Coronavirus pandemic has affected everyone is some way, and here at SubscriberCRM, we are no different. We have had to adapt to how we work and as most people have had to, we have spent a large part of the year working from home. It has been good in some ways, spending time with families, no time travelling back and forth to work and even being able to put a wash on during the day… But there have also been challenges in making sure we can continue our close collaboration with both our colleagues and our customers. Although we have been forced to close our offices, we have continued to be able to provide the same excellent level of support and be there for our customers when needed.
This year has shown that we are able to work in a different manner, and I am sure that working practices will change in the future to allow for the more flexible and modern lifestyle.
I am very pleased to say that here at SubscriberCRM, we have all stayed safe and healthy, and the business continues to grow. We have been very fortunate to welcome new customers on board and have also completed projects for existing customers.
It has been a time for reflection, whether it be switching to remote working, changing internal processes or increasing what customers offer to their own members or supporters; we have been here to help in whatever way we can.
The pandemic has meant we have had to change our focus slightly this year. Some of the plans and new developments we had, have had to take a back seat. But these plans to increase our offerings and grow SubscriberCRM remain, and these will be our focus for 2021 and beyond.
