We have just released the latest update for Subscriber.

This update contains:

• The current user wasn't automatically being selected in the visitor and caller drop downs on the contact campaigns schedule. This has been resolved.
• It is now possible to create a refund for multiple payments at the same time. This can be done by right-clicking on the Contacts screen and selecting the 'Add Multiple Refunds' option.
• Subscriptions could be deleted from the available subscriptions area. This has been resolved. Also the 'Unknown' subscription will no longer appear in this list.
• If a default value was set and a definition saved, the default value was not always being loaded up again. This has been resolved.
• If a membership subscription was added during the import process and the contact has an open gift aid record, the subscription wasn't always being ticked as gift-aidable. This has been resolved.
• When a demand was manually added to a contact, the subscriptions area on the contact details tab would have its information mixed up. This has been resolved.
• If a communication sub type has the Type set to Unknown, then the sub type was always showing up in the list. This has been resolved.
• If the email accounts are modified, the user no longer needs to close the email screen in order to use the updated email account settings.
• The grids within the events screen can now be exported to Excel.
• When an event is duplicated, it is now possible to select if the Resources, Facilitators and diary details should also been duplicated.
• 'Group Number' and 'Seat Number' have been added to a sub event booking so they can be used if required.
• It is now possible to record the outcome of an enquiry. The outcome types can be defined in the Lookup File Maintenance.
