New Update Released v2.3.17.0

We have just released the latest update for Subscriber.

This update contains:

  • Date of birth has been added and the Relationship field has been changed to a drop down in the Welfare Grants - Applicant dialog.
  • Payments coming in can now be recorded against a Welfare Grant application.
  • Title, First Name and Surname are now available in the gift aid mail merge data.
  • The join date was being set when any subscription was added to a contact. This has been modified so that it is only set when a membership subscription is added to a contact.
  • There is now a summary panel within the Import Payments Wizard, which will give the user information such as the number of payments in the import file, the total amount of the payments, number of unmatched payments etc. The row is coloured orange if the payment is unallocated. Contact Type, Contact Status, Membership Class and Membership Status are included in the grid and also the information from the import file can be seen within the grid. The payment file can also be reloaded from the main payments tab.
  • The integration with SagePay has been updated to use version 3.00.
  • Rather than only being able to select all bookers or delegates, it is now possible to select bookers or delegates based on certain criteria, for example, if they have attended, cancelled, or selected a particular sub event.
  • A 'Net Adjustment' field has been added to the invoice lines which can be used in situations where the quantity and VAT cause rounding issues.
  • On the Search tab in the sales screen, you can now set the dispatched date for multiple invoices at once. This can be done by clicking the 'Other Options' button.
  • You can now embed images into your emails that are located on a different PC or server. Previously the message 'URI formats are not supported' would have appeared.
  • A type can now be associated against an expenditure within the events.
  • The three state checkboxes have been changed to dropdowns instead on the payments search tab.
  • The 'Is Blank' column in the reports screens have been renamed to 'Empty' and is now a list instead of a check box.
  • The buttons in the employer and workplace fields are enabled and disabled appropriately depending on whether or not a contact is selected.
