If your organisation consists of regional offices, branches or any other type of group, Subscriber.NET can record the individuals in these groups and also any positions held within them.

These groups can be defined however you wish, whether they are Branches, Committees or even Special Interest groups. The choice is yours. And individuals can be members of multiple groups so there are no restrictions.

Once these groups and their members are defined, there are a number of actions you can perform using them. These include producing a variety of reports through Subscriber.NET's comprehensive Reporting facilities and contacting group members through Mail Merge or email.

The ability to work with groups in this way makes any work regarding groups/branches simple as you can easily select or deselect members as a whole. You can even choose to exclude certain groups from any reporting/communication whilst including all others.
