Ideal Postcodes Integration

Ideal Postcodes is now integrated within SubscriberCRM. Address lookups can now be performed using the provider Ideal Postcodes.

Crystal Reports

We have updated the Crystal Report Runtime to version 13.0.20.

Contacts Import Wizard

The Address Label was always being defaulted when updating an existing contact within the Contacts Import Wizard. This has been resolved.

New Contacts Wizard

If the Title field is cleared within the New Contacts Wizard, the Gender field would remain with the previous value instead of being reset. This has been resolved.

Enquiries

It is now possible to re-open an enquiry after it has previously been completed.

Azure Compatibility

Further changes have been made to keep SubscriberCRM compatible with Azure SQL.

Event Bookers and Delegates

When selecting a different address when on a booker or delegate, it would always set the Position, Department and Organisation of the booker or delegate regardless of the setting 'use Contacts Organisation Details'. This has been resolved.

New Contacts Wizard

The profile sections in the New Contact Wizard were not appearing in the same order that they display on the contacts screen. This has been resolved.

Payment Demands Status

The way the payment demand status is calculated has changed. It no longer takes into consideration the total demand adjustment amount when calculating the 'Partially Paid' status.

Transfer to Accounts

Added the fields, Paid Amount, Adjustments Amount and Clearance Date to the demands area of the Transfer to Accounts screen.

Reports - Event Delegates

Event Code and Event Id selection criteria fields have been added to the Reports - Event Delegates screen.

Pay via Debit / Credit Card

Withdrawn demands are no longer appearing in the Pay via Debit / Credit Card dialog.

Import Contacts Wizard

It is now possible to export the data preview grid in the Import Contacts Wizard screen to Microsoft Excel.

Already Generated Demands

It was possible that withdrawn demands could be deleted when deleting demands from the Already Generated Demands screen. This has been resolved.

Duplicate Event

When duplicating an event, it is now possible to duplicate the bookings as well. This will duplicate the bookers, delegates, and the sub events that the delegate has booked onto.

A & R Screen

The Document Manager has been added to the A & R screen.

Merge Data

A new date field has been added to the merge data for a subscription to include the Next Due date minus 1 day. This is useful if the date the subscription expires needs to be added to the merge document.

Merge Data

New fields have been added to the merge data for a payment demand to include the balance and also the total balances for all demands.

Already Generated Demands

The demands Adjustments amount and Balance have been added to the Already Generated Demands screen.

Groups

An error would appear when merging from the Group Members tab in the Groups screen when the group members grid was grouped. This has been resolved.

Contacts Screen

The contacts Added and Last Updated information is now displayed on the contacts screen.

Employment Details

Deleted contacts no longer appear in the Employment Details area on the Contacts screen.

Enquiries Screen

The contacts Join Date and Left Date has been added to the Enquiries screen.

Sales Screen

It is now possible to search for invoices based on the 'Payment Date' within the Sales screen.

Profile Section

The Profile Section and Profile Field Titles can now be entered as the display text.

Emailing - Merge Attachments

There was an issue where the 'Report Name' was not being shown on the 'Merge Attachment Details' dialog. This has been resolved.

Emailing

Email attachments are now compressed when they are saved and it will only save one standard attachment per send, rather than one attachment per email. These changes mean much less space is being used up.

Emailing

Fixed an issue where a spurious error may have been reported when the sending of an email failed for some reason, i.e. sending limits were reached.

Lapse Contact

When a contact is lapsed, there is now an option to close the gift aid on that contact record.
