SubscriberCRM 2.21.0.0

Released: 14/04/2025

Ideal Postcodes

An error may have occurred when performing an address lookup using Ideal Postcodes and then saving or creating the contact. This was due to unexpected data being returned from Ideal Postcodes, and it has now been resolved.

Volunteer Notes

There was an issue with the Notes tab on the Volunteers screen if the user didn't have permissions to view any tabs on the Volunteer Details tab. This has been resolved.

Saving Volunteers and Skills

There was an issue whereby even if the user didn't have permissions to save a volunteer or skill, they would still get a modified item prompt if the item had been modified and would be able to save the volunteer or skill. This has been resolved.

Lookup File Maintenance

When deleting a subscription class from the Lookup File Maintenance area and that subscription class is in use, it's no longer possible to select the 'unknown' subscription class to replace it with.

Contact Notes

When a note was added to a contact, it would not indicate that the contact was modified. This has been resolved.

Volunteers - Document Manager

If the Document Manager path was invalid, then an error might occur when opening the Volunteers screen. This has been resolved.

Manage Duplicate Contacts

Some of the messaging has been corrected in the ‘manage duplicate contacts’ screen.

Login Dialog

The database version will now show on the login screen, if it is different to the app version.

Web Sync – Modifications

The External Reference field will now appear in the Web Sync - Modifications screen if the modified value is different to the current value.

Events - Transfer Booking

When transferring a booking from one event to another, the quantity, speaker, chairperson, group number, table number, and seat number on the chosen sub events can now be transferred onto the new booking as well.

Notification Providers

Improved the error handling within the event sync notification provider, web sync notification provider, and the item modified notification provider.

Sage 50 Integration

It's now possible to select the Organisation field as part of the information that gets transferred to Sage 50 in the details of a demand or payment.

Crystal Reports

The Crystal Reports edit icon will now appear for later versions of Crystal Reports.

SubscriberCRM Password Requirements

The password requirements for SubscriberCRM have been updated to enforce stronger passwords. There is now a minimum password length of 14 characters and no maximum password length. This will not affect existing passwords and will only take effect when a password is next changed.

Invalid Login Attempts

If there are 10 or more consecutive invalid login attempts, the user will now be locked automatically. A user can only be unlocked by another user who is an administrator.

Sage 50 Integration

The organisation field within the organisation details of a contact will now be transferred to a customer in Sage 50 instead of the organisation from the address.

Xero Integration

The organisation field within the organisation details of a contact will now be transferred to a customer in Xero if the first name and surname are empty, instead of the organisation from the address.

Microsoft 365 Email Accounts

When sending emails from SubscriberCRM using a Microsoft 365 account, it will now do so using Microsoft Graph rather than SMTP. This will require a small change to the Microsoft Entra app registration and more information about this can be found in our knowledge base article, https://www.subscriber.co.uk/Support/Knowledge-Base/Topic/296.
